The fabric for the DIY roman shades is fabulous! As for the DIY part that was a different story. This was my first attempt and it wasn't as easy as I thought. I started with the bigger window, which I should have started with the two smaller ones on the side. But after a few swear words and tweaking, it came out to my satisfaction.
I'm hoping to put the light up soon. I'm still looking for the right medallion. Size is a little tricky in this spot. There is a vent that's pretty close to the fixture. It kind of makes me mad that I can't put a pretty decent size because of that darn thing. But the search must go on.
I did get in some funky decor and I love it! I hope to get that bench done soon, I still have a little painting to do, and my wallpaper will be here today so I can finish the last section.
